Great local print shop. I shoot semi-professionally and use them exclusively for my prints after testing out 7 or 8 other labs. The owners are photographers so they know what they are doing and are super responsive to questions. There's a definite "small business touch" which is hard to find and for me personally makes all the difference in the world.

If you are looking for a print company in Cleveland, this to me is hands down one of the best print companies in the city. As a photographer it is not easy to find a good print company that is one, reasonable in price and two, consistent in print quality. But with Capture On Every photo I have received has been exact to my request and amazing quality. Whatever you may need from wallet size shots all the way up to a 40x60 they can make it happen. Since I started using this print company I have not gone anywhere else to order prints and as long as they are in the printing business they will have a loyal customer in me.

I recently began printing my work and Capture On Labs has become my go-to whenever I need something printed. Not only are they affordable, professional and timely, but the customer service they provide is superior to anyone that I have previously dealt with.

Example: I uploaded a few photos to get printed and I got a message saying that something didn't look quite right with my prints. We took a few minutes to look at the image and it turned out I needed to tweak my export settings to get the crisper image. It turned out amazing and this is hands down the most affordable and highest quality results I've ever had with any print. You can tell the owner really takes pride in building rapport with photographers in the area and he left a lasting impression in my book. This place is amazing. I usually order from Shutterfly or Mpix and the quality here with the price to match is amazing. Capture On labs will be my sole printing provider as long as I’m concerned.
